Stumbled on this site looking for a way to fix my blue window of death. This appears to be a good forum to bounce problems around and increase one's knowledge.
I have window xp but I don't have the boot disc as the computer came with this pre-loaded. I have tried various fix discs seen advertised but so far none have worked.

I might recommend that you attempt a thread in the Windows NT/2000/XP forum as someone there might be able to help you solve your issue.
