I am unable to view the source of any web sites, i use to be able to do this but it just isn't working anymore, can you enable and disable this?

Sometimes it doesnt work when i try it either...... (Thats where my "View Source" plugin comes in VERY HANDY!!)
Im not sure why VIEW SOURCE doesnt work sometimes.. (Can the site disable it your viewing @ the time?)
