Guys do you know what are ome softwares and how reliable they are ?

Do you mean OEM software?
If so, that is the software which comes pre-installed with a new computer. It is cheaper to buy software under an OEM licence than otherwise, but it is actually a breach of the licence to purchase OEM software separate from a new computer.
Other than the pricing and the licence, the software is identical to the same program/suite bought seperately.
