For those who advertise on Facebook, has it worked for your business or has it helped bring higher sales/conversion?

I am interested in this as well. I would think that B2C advertisers would have more success with Social Media Advertising than B2B, but I have yet to hear from anyone with experience in advertising on such a broad social network like Facebook. Bueller?

I think if your product is quality -wise good.
then there is no way that advertising won't help you increase your sale..!

Facebook clicks are more expensive, and the CTR is a lot lower than adwords. I stopped before I got a lot of results.

Facebook pay per click advertising displays ads while users navigate around their Facebook profiles, rather than requiring search queries to trigger ad display like main search engines offering pay per click advertising.
