Cool username! Googlebot does not follow dynamic redirects. You will need to establish static text links to your site. Be careful not to overdo it. Your site is in a very sensitive state right now. Anything unatural will trigger a red flag.
I recommened signing up in a few directories. Yahoo directory is a great start but does not guarantee inclusion. Start with BOTW.org or a few small topical niche directories. Don't trade links yet (if you plan on at all). Don't buy links on high PR sites or from blatantly obvious purchased places.
A final note: Create a quality site with good content to develop unpaid, natural linkage.
