Internally: frequently. Publicly: every htree months or so.

Internally: frequently. Publicly: every htree months or so.

3. Search results?

Daily.

There is no update now. Google updates daily now

There is no set time period / intervals for updates on all three. Generally, every 90 days for TBPR and backlinks. Why would anyone care about about what Google reports on backlinks anyway? Google's link command is broken. And the results on the SERPs are almost always constantly in flux, and vary across the many different data centers.

Correct. it is very sad that Google in spite of all the hype cannot maintain proper link command on their SE.
