It depends on what keywords you are going after. Are there other popular laptop repair services in that city? Do you have a listing in Yelp? Google Places? Are you using Schema markup to tell Google about your location from your website? There are many, many factors to consider, but these are some big ones that should really make a dent in your traffic.
