Hi all,

I didn't see any other forum I could place this in, so here it goes...

I am using a Help Desk feature on my site right now & I'm not too thrilled with their level of service.

When I researched this a few months ago, a lot of them didn't return e-mails or the communication wasn't fluid b/c a lot seem to be overseas.

Does anyone know of a good company that provides help desk that isn't expensive?

Another one to consider is http://www.cerberusweb.com/ ... They also have a Free One eMail License :P You can expand with the need!!!

I noticed a lot of webmaster forums all started using Kayako eSupport recently. I'm actually surprised what the current fad is :)
