I'm doing link building for a recruitment site. Can anyone tell me where to get good back links for the site.

I need links on good PR pages.

Do Google searches for "<topic name> links" or "<topic name> directory" to find related sites that have link pages or directories. Then, email them to ask if they would consider adding your site.

Commenting on a related do follow blog is a good way of gaining one way link.

Directory submission and link exchange. Or join some QA sites like yedda and yahoo answers and put your site as a resources.

There are also some sites with automated systems for managing link exchanges - so you have less work in contacting... going back and forth on positioning, etc. Alot of times a link in a directory is not so great.

I have some sites using an automatic - if you are interested in Link Exchange - or the system just PM Me.

I would also look into Article submission services - and check about their backlink policies.

You should also try to exchange link to some sites that is related to yours. Much better if you can get sites with pr already.

Be careful with the link exchange. If you link to "link mills" or sites that sell links to anybody, you may have problems with your ranking. Google it to learn more.

Lots of ways to get free backlinks from a high pr site like blog comment. But if you really want to get backlinks of high pr site aside from I said above, then try to buy links on other related site.

Submit links in forums with dofollow in your signature . Posting articles , commenting in similar sites , commenting in blogs etc ..

We must try to exchange our link to some sites that is related to our's. But we should be careful with the link exchange. If we link to "link mills" or sites that sell links to anybody, we may have problem with our ranking.

Using automated system is not advisable to use. Your site may link to unrelated site (like porn) that will also a cause to ban.
