What free and paid press release distribution site would you recommend? Which one is good for SEO and allow links (free or at reasonable price)?

and prweb.com for paid, I used them in the past

For free press release submissions there are many decent sites out there where you can submit to and time taken for approval is usually a day or two. For paid distribution, prweb.com is the one I have used before.

A good free site is PressKing.com. They will allow you to include hypertext links and a picture and video. You can also create a newsroom for your company and insert your logo and a link to your blog.
