If you find a good niche to do this with and you are able to marketed it enough it could be very profitable.. just don't try to be the next Facebook (unless you have some VERY good idea and a lot of money to invest)
However that page you posted I really have no idea what that is about.. the landings page completely fails to explain what it is what they do what they offer.. doesn't seem like a very good website..
