i have an app that i would like to sell on google play.but my country is not in the list for murchant.
so i need to find an alternative to be able to sell my app.
please suggest if anyone has some ideas they would like to share

I'm not familiar with apps but I think you need to follow a guideline in order to get approve and distribute.
If your country is not listed on google play then I don't think there's another way unless you have someone from a different country selling it for you but the thing is that it will be register to that person in that country not you so it's bit risky.
Find a different platform like facebook or apple.
