You could check with worldpay, moneybookers, ChronoPay, protx etc.

Yes Protx is good for Uk and ChronoPay the best for European countries.

There are several options for you.

Barclays, HSBC and as already mentioned WorldPay.

But why should it be a UK processor ?

If it is because you want to process transactions and be settled in GBP then most European payment processors can do that, and you will have much more options to choice from.
