When I create template in joomla 3 with bootstrap, I get these issues

  • When I hover over any elements which have tooltips, it's display is set to none once I move mouse.
  • In article edit page, there are options in tabs. When I click on tabs, the last tab is set to display none.

Are you guys facing these same issues? Any other such issues apart from these?
