I hope you can help me with this.
I have just bought a new “high capacity” battery for my gt-i900 android phone (it currently has a 1500mAh battery), a 3700mAh. Now, what should I do the first time? I was thinking to leave the battery in charge for about 16 hours (phone off of course), but is it the right thing to do, or should I charge it till it is completely charge (probably 2-3 hours) and then switch my phone on and use it normally?

I have seen that if the battery is 3 years older then charge for 3 hours.
