hi, my number lock keys aren't working, most of the k/b is ok, but of the keys with a secondary number function, they do nothing except - the o becomes h, and 9 becomes g. if i put the num lock on then i becomes 6, o becomes 4 and p becomes [
any suggestions before i take it back?
i am having to write this using the on-screen keyboard
