Have you tried going to priters and faxes in control panel, RC your printer, click props. There might be a color adjustment, hue saturation ...etc, might have to click an advanced tab to get there.

What software are you using? Do you have Adobe Gamma?

Your monitor should have built-in adjustments. Your printing software may have some controls also.
