i have a toshiba a75 laptop, which had been working fine for me. a couple of days ago my friends were surfing the web on it and the low battery indicator came up so i went ahead and shut it off and put it on charge. about 30 minutes later i wanted to look something up and attempted to boot the computer up again, but nothing booted, the power light came on, the fans started running, but no toshiba logo came up, and i never heard the classic windows startup sound. so i took the laptop apart, heatsinks were clear, thermal paste was still fresh (i redid that a couple months ago) and i took the processor out and everything looked fine. reassembled it, powered it on and the computer booted fine again. i went about looking on the web and then a blue screen came up. i powered it down, then powered it up again, same thing, blank screen. if i let it sit for an hour or so, it will boot up normally, but if i restart it, or power it down then turn it right back on, i get a blank screen.
