Hello, Please help. My PC windows XP Dell Dimension 2100 will not reboot. I tried to boot it from most recent and safe mode. Neither worked. I ran a diagnostics check it says IDE Device failed and IDE DOS DDG Disk 260 068 and 030 068 failed also. I tried a restore of XP and I tried to boot from the disc. Does anyone have any advice?

sounds like a failed hard drive to me. if you have another harddrive with another OS of some sort, try booting up w/ the other harddrive as a master, and the dead one as a slave, see if you can get any data off of it. someone else might have a better suggestion.
