My multi media HDD has stopped working ! i connect to the tv and it tells me no files are found , i connect to my PC and the usb makes a double ding sound and then nothing. Are all my files gone ? It is a STOREX club mpix-355 any help or advice would be great

Hi
YOu can run a chkdsk on the drive.It might that theres just bad sectors. If you're comfortable with you're opening the HD from the MP than do so and install it in you'tr machine as slave. Then run a normal chkdsk on the slave and see if you can access it from you're pc. If you can then install it back in the MP and see if you can open it when plugged into you're tv.
