Nothing displayed on the monitor when PC is Started

All wire connections are correct.
I have removed monitor and Hard disk and checked on other CPU and its perfectly working fine.
If anyone can help me to troubleshot this issue.

Samtron 56v, windows xp, drivers installed.

Maybe take out your ram and graphics card and blow out any dust that maybe settled in the slot there inserted into. Just recently my PC wouldn't boot after installing a new usb card. After cleaning the slot it was inserted into the PC booted and worked fine from there on. Good Luck
