My Dell lost the power supply during bioc update.
Now it doesnțt boot. It has a black creen and the caps lock flashing.
What it can be done to solve the problem?

Sorry mate your mobo is crying, it can't access it's brain. You cannot do anything to fix it by yourself unless you have a Bios flasher, you will have to take it to a professional.
