Hi, first post, pardon me if I sound ignorant.

I've just purchased a second hard drive (Hitachi 160GB parallel ATA). I am currently using a 60GB Hitachi parallel ATA hard drive as my primary drive, Windows 2000 OS. I can't get the new hard drive detected. I have tried several different jumper settings (cable select, slave) and tried several different settings in the BIOS, but nothing is making this hard drive appear in Windows. All I know is that when I first put the hd in I recieved an installation notice, followed by a notice that the digital signiture was not recognized by Microsoft. Other than that there was never any mention at all in Windows of a new hd. I've never had such a hard time installing a hard drive. Any suggestions at all?

Sorry, ECS p4vmm2 motherboard

OK, Windows is now recognizing the drive, however in order to do so it created a partition that is only 32GB. How do I make use of the rest of my drive?
