I'm at my wit's end! Reset and restart but can't get past "SYstem BIOS Shadowed, Video BIOS shadowed." "ESC" does not redirect; "F2 - Set Up" stops there; and "F12 - LAN ..." stops there. Also, I hear a clicking noise under the keyboard. I've removed and replaced the battery> I've hit the reset button underneath> I haven't been able to figure out how to remove the hard drive as indicated in the manual.

Can you enter in the bios ? if yes try resetting to it's default value and restart if it doesn't work try recovering your disk with a backup, if no backup try your restore disk but you will lose everything. Normaly a clicking sound it's the hard disk.
