After bad thunderstorm computer will not come on . Only thing it does is a green light that is blinking on back. Thanks for any help restoring this and getting it back on.

If you don't have a surge protector, my initial assumption would be the power supply,
Can you test the power supply on anther machine? or Test another power supply on this machine?
