I have a computer and when i turn it on the monitor does not come on i know that the monitor is working because it is the same monitor im using. so i wnat to know ir it is the video card is the problem and if or how to fix it.

Can you explain your problem in a more bit detail like 'how many computers you were using?', 'when's the last time it worked before it fail?' etc.

1) Reseat everything in your PC/ laptop.
2) Is there any beep codes. That way it can help to identify the problem more easily.
3) Check your PSU. Is there a power supply?
