the power supply to my old G4 cube gave out.
I'm hoping to recover data from the hard drive (Maxtor/Altair/92049U3) by adding it within my G4 tower.

any precautions/hints for doing this.

thanks in advance for any help.

Make sure that you change the jumpers as appropriate on the 2nd hard drive.
