This is an error commonly produced with incompatible RAM or a video card suffering through hardware/driver difficulties.
Recommendations include:
1.) Test your memory, one stick at a time (see if the errors occur with one being used). I would get/try a new stick if problems continue.
2.) Obtain some new drivers for the video card.
