Hi I am just wondering can I have two monitors connected to my pc via vga and hdmi. They are the only inputs I have and am just curious? Or do I need to get another pci express card with two vga inputs??

You should be able to use both, but many hdmi connectors can drive two monitors by themselves. Check the documentation of the computer to see if that is possible.
