DaaS here is pretty dead. The market here is, if you know where to look is full of 200 and up business laptops. My brother ran an insurance business and I helped by clueing him in that we could populate the office of 50+ employee desks with laptops from such sales. Big savings and we didn't worry about the occasional failure. Just swap it out and deal with it later. I think out of 100 laptops just 1 hard failure. A few factory resets or reloads but par for the course. Rentals would have been more costly.
