Hasn't anyone noticed? Most retail computer hardware stores, are selling hard drives using the IDE Specification. It's extremly compatible, but many people have SATA and don't know it. I currenlty am using IDE, but I wish I had an SATA drive. A guy told me when he went to Staples, all he could find was IDE drives and 1 SATA model.

Cheers,

I think 2 systems in retial stores would confuse people and there would be loads of refunds and returns and anyway , most people who would benifit from SATA (people with computer experience) would buy online from Dabs or Novatech and if you look there, there nearly all SATA
