I have a Xerox Workcentre M940 Printer/Scanner/Copier.
I will not print in color at all, I tried replacing the color cartridge, but that did not correct the problem. It will print and copy only in black.
:sad:

I am hoping that the problem is not beyond repair. I really would love to be able to print in color again, without buying a new printer.

Do the drivers you're using support color? My last printer came with PCL drivers in black/white only but PS color drivers.

The printer came with a CD which we installed, and it printed in color before we moved. I packed the printer in it's original box and packing material, when we unpacked and set up the printer, it would only print in black, no color. We are using the same computer with Windows XP.
