Dear everybody,

A customer of mine has a samsumg lcd monitor that he claims it takes about 10 minutes to show anything on the screens. He says once it has passed the warming up period works fine. I have assured him it is nothing related to the software on his machine. I understand it will be something in the electronics of the device. Any direction on knowing what to expect will be appreciated.
