Heya, Overwhelmed by clicks.. :) we all ask for help from time to time... who could know it all?
SP2 by default plays a click when it blocks a pop-up. To disable that: In IE click on tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, Settings. Remove the check from "Play a sound when pop-up is blocked", close and OK.
Of course you could go CP, Sounds and Audio Devices, Sounds tab and select No sounds as your scheme which will over-ride the above. Personally, I find that setting just sweet.
Mobile phone too near your sys?
[that log is clean...]

okay no, im not that stupid.... The clicks are playing when the internet browsers are closed and when they are open. ANd they are constant like every 2 seconds and then it will stop for a little while and do it again. And i know how to disable sounds, the popup sounds have been disabled since i started using IE7 and it still makes the clicks anyway. I'm more annoyed by these script errors........ thanks anyways

And this setting?:
"Of course you could go CP, Sounds and Audio Devices, Sounds tab and select No sounds as your scheme which will over-ride the above."
Script errors come from a bad scripting host [rare] or a bad script. Bad scripts usually come from malware. I'd suggest running AVG AS and Panda online scan.
==GET AVG antispyware 7.5 here.. http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5
or here.. http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-spyware-free
-Install it and UPDATE it.
Start AVG a-s 7.5;
-under Scanner/ Settings please change the default action from Recommended Actions to QUARANTINE, and run the complete system scan.
-press Apply all Actions and Save the log file. Post the log file.
==Please use IE to do an online scan at panda:- http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan?
-select a link to the scan... free online virus scan...., enter a valid? email and follow through, choosing My Computer for a full system scan.
Post the log it produces here.

i already have avg and like i have said before it constantly tells me the scipt error in ie but only rarily on firefox and i think it has to do with the systen recovery i did. since the problems started after the recovery had completed. i did not do a full recovery because i have many unreplacceable files so i have to wait until i can get an external hard drive. i also have mediahub.exe errors and i cannot burn cd's or dvd's.

Mmm. you are going to have to tell us what the script errors are. Allow script debugging: In IE, go Tools, Internet options, Advanced, and uncheck the Disable script debugging boxes for IE and Other.
If you are getting errors in multiple pgms though it sounds like there could well be a bit of registry corruption. To try to fix that in individual pgms you could uninstall/reinstall - it may not work because some of the dlls they depend upon may not be correct, though, in some way.
sfc /scannow is always a good and simple command to run.
I can guess from your hijackthis log that you have only a C: volume on your hd.... I do not think it is a very good idea to have your data and the OS on one large sys vol. If you had data on a second vol you could reinstall with no fears of losing it. Okay, these are computers... almost no fears. If you have lots of free space you could use a partition editor to create a second partition and copy into that all your vital data files. I use Gparted [yep, linux, but multi-platform].., but Paragon Partition Manager [not freeware] is excellent. A proper partition manager will allow you to resize existing partitions without losing data if you have free space in them, whereas M$ Disk Management tool, while otherwise excellent and easy to use, will not. With that tool you must first delete the partition to resize it, and you cannot do that. Get Gparted. It's interesting, sure, but quite simple to use.

Come back with a script debug error or two.

okay ill post some of the errors when i get a chance
