Hmm- even with Norton running, your HJT log still shows evidence of virus infections (the winupd.exe and avp-32.exe references) and other nasties. You also seem to have a few services running which are probably unnecessary on your system; having them running makes your system vulnerable to outside attacks.
If you haven't done these things yet, do them now:
1. Disable Windows' System Restore.
2. Download the most current virus definition updates for Norton AV and run a full system scan. You can also get free online virus scans here:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp
3. Go to the Windows Update site and download/install all of the most current critical fixes and service packs. You might also want to download and run Microsoft's Baseline Security Analyser to check your system for general security "loopholes".
4. Run HJT again and have it fix the following entries. After doing so, find and delete all of the .dll and .exe fiels mentioned in the entries:

also when u bring up task manager is the cpu usage supposed to hang around 100 % and drop and rise again?
I remeber it used to be lower.

Hijack this disappears after i scan so i cant delete anything.
first start your pc in safe mode, then use hijack, it won't disappear!
i'm working on a pc with that specific problem, when i find or figure it out , i'll post it for all !!!

i got it figured out,a little tedious,must be done!!!
in safe mode run ad-aware 6.0 (free) also hijack-this,
then run ad-aware again in normal mode.
get spybot search & destroy (free),run that!!!
then get counterspy(free 15 day trial) run that!!!
(counterspy was the only program to get rid of TBPSSvc.exe)
after all this goto www.grc.com, click shields up,then scroll down to the three musketeers, and run all 3 programs(disable all three)!!!
now u should b fine !!!
