Need Help Startup Error

I need help plz. Every time i startup my computer i get the same error mesage. It is "Error Loading C:\Windows\System32\bmsccqrh.dll." folowed by "The specified module could not be found. I dont know what is causing me to have this message although i had a recent tango with a nasty spyware which i managed to get rid of "I think" Anyways this is my HijackkThis Log:

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.

They were not the only entries of concern in your log. As time goes by, the chances of the infection growing, increases.
