Spam Mailer in my computer... Any help welcome

Dear all,

I'm quite new in this malware-spyware-trojan etc. deal.
I received a spam mail and unfortunately opened it and all the troubles started ever since.
My PC had Panda anti-virus Platinum (subscription paid) and Spy-Bot S&D updated and the system immunized. Since I opened this mail, all hell broke loose.
I downloaded AVAST!, and after 6 (!!!) reboots I thought that all was clean. However, today, more virus alerts (spam mail) started popping up all the time.
I read a few posts on your forum and have downloaded the 'Hijackthis' app. I am posting the 'log' file below.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.

lots of thanks for your quick reply :) I followed your instructions and have come up with the following so far:

All the files you asked were 'in use', so I entered WinXP in Safe mode... I deleted them, but even in safe mode WinNT32.dll would not delete.

Then, I flushed the temps with ATF Cleaner as you said and ran the scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. It found quite a few stuff and deleted winnt32.dll

Log is clean. Panda entries can be removed with hijackthis. Just make sure that everything related to Panda is removed/uninstalled from add/remove first. Delete any Panda folders when you are done.
How is the PC?

So far so good... Avast! has stopped setting off alarms all the time and the boot time is greatly faster. However, after doing all this, I tried to restart the system. Between the 'log-off' and 'saving your personal settings' prompt, I got a blue screen that flashed for a second. The computer halted and re-booted again. Don't know if this has anything to do with all this scanning and deleting viruses and trojans.
Will post back if I get more issues.
