Help with Hijack this log

[blastzard]

Ok i got messed up by Smart Security some how, ive ran ad-aware and Spybot S&D, but i am still haveing serious problems. I can use functions that use explorer it seems, such as my computer, control panel, etc. here is the newest log from hijack this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. First of all you need to update hijackthis to version 1.98.2. Run hijackthis & go to *Config\Misc Tools\Check for update on-line*. If the site is down, go here. Remove the old version by deleting the file manually. Unzip the new version into the hijackthis folder.

Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows, and hit the "Fix checked" button.

Cool. Disable ViewMgr.exe in Msconfig. Please go here & install ALL updates required for your system. You are seriously behind!!
