Virus Alert on right bottom infront of time

i have tried accessing regedit..its blocked
cant find gpedit.msc
C and D drive is not visible..i can only access by typing it in the address bar
all the imp icons from start menu have gone..Run is also missing

thanks a lot bro..i just used acronis to restore my OS to an earlier date :( coz i tried this smitfraudFix but it didnt help much..or may b i was too hasty to make things normal

means m screwed up :( hay i have an other problem..i got total of 2 GB ram.. when i bought it they said its 800 bus speed..but when i go into bios..it says its 667...how can i check and reconfirm??

What is your motherboard and cpu? Could be that they are (or one of them are) incapab;e of running at that speed.

i have DG 31 PR and 2.0 dual core.. :( an old system i know.. :) hay is there any way to recover and open password protected rar file?? i tried different softwares but they take hell lot of time and no result..actually i downloaded a file from torrents..its video songs of ATB..but i dont have password :(

That motherboard and cpu mean nothing to me. Brand name (ASUS, Gigabyte, Asrock etc for motherboard) and Intel or AMD for the cpu.
