Comp infected wit virus??? or is it on drugs!

recently ran 'Comodo firewall' (anti virus,spyware,firewall program)- scanned system...a couple thngs popped up as posible problems.it askd wat i wantd to do. 4-5 options were listd n i musta hit an option other than remove b/c seemingly i allowed some virus entry into my system. immediately following scan the comp was completely diff..
-much much slower openng programs(especially mozilla) went from under 30secs to 3mins
-inability to do 2 thngs at once. including opening 1 program n changing tv channel...automatic freeze!! obviousy joking there but its very prone to programs ceasing up....occurs almost alwys

tried system restore(comp litterally laughd in my faced at the hope i had for such a quik fix!)
then dwnlodd sum antispywares, ran em....im now totally clean, if u dnt count the terrorist virus immune to detection that is making me go insane

i was guna wipe it wen my bro told me bout tryng hijack,n daneweb....attempts to help receive a free mowing or car wash, actually fixing it may get me out there for ya

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.

downloadd the program u suggestd. apparently this prob im havng wit my computer is stronger n more deadly then previously thought.....the program will scan for 30mins n then freeze. tried it a couple times n each time it froze at 27-31mins

any thoughts???
