I cannot really see much that i do not recognise,except for a couple that i do not understand what they are. Im getting pop-ups,and ad-aware detect 6 in there,just need to know how to remove please for good?

Could anyone of you with the knowledge,tell me if there are any problems with myhijackthis,and what i need to do to repair them please,and that way i will know what to do next time.
Removed most of the adaware with spybot,avg antivirus,and ad-aware personal. running xp.
Not sure on the 3rd (03) commmand,4th 5th 6th (04) command, the 020 command was part of a trojan i had recently,i think.Also the 2nd from last 023 command i do not reconguise. :confused:
