Hello all, I have a problem ,my background as been change and I cant change in the properties all are disable , I try to get a image form a website and save as background but nothing happen I try to look for spy and adware but nothing. So I write to the people and they send me this.

HKEY_USERS\\.DEFAULT\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Explorer\\Shell folders\\Desktop
HKEY_USERS\\.DEFAULT\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Explorer\\User shell folders\\Desktop

Set blank value to the following keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Control Panel\\Desktop\\Wallpaper
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Control Panel\\Desktop\\OriginalWallpaper
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Control Panel\\Desktop\\ConvertedWallpaper
REBOOT IMMEDIATELY AFTER DOING THESE STEPS!
I have no idea what do with this and dont want really mess with the registry.
I try to log with a another accompt and all is fine.

Another simple solution:
- Right click at the very top of the screen it should appear as a standard options menu.
- Select Properties - Desktop tab.
- Click "Customize Desktop" button at the bottom.
- Select "Web" Tab.
- Uncheck "Security" checkbox.
If you still have something in your computer after using out
removing utility we can advise you to make following steps
Start Menu ==> Help and Support ==>Undo changes to your computer with System Restore
