hello, i'm new here so i apologize in advance for any mistakes i've made or if i'm using the forum inappropriately.

i've read that i should use hijack this so i downloaded it. i seem to have infections from "neededware" and "yazifind." i've tried running ad-aware spyware doctor but they can't pick up on these files. i also have one other problem: under documents and settings, there is a DAT file called "ntuser" and i can't delete it because it says that it is being used by another program. i tried going into safe mode and deleting it but it still said the same thing. this file is updated everytime i boot up my computer as it is booting up. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks for your time.

here is my hijack this logfile:
