Need hekp with pokapoka76

I am running Windows XP & have LQfix.exe, AdAware, SpyBot Search & Destroy, Hijack This, ewido, WinPatrol, etc.
I've tried several ways to get rid of pokapoka76, but I must be overlooking something.
Your help greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Please download LQfix.exe from one of the following locations:
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/LQfix.exe
http://miekiemoes.geekstogo.com/tools/LQfix.exe

Save it to your desktop. Do not run it now.

Download CleanUp and install it.

Make Windows to show all files:-
Go to Start > My Computer.
Go to Tools menu, click Folder Options.
Uncheck Hide protected operating system files.
Then, click to select the option Show hidden files and folders.
Click Apply and then click OK to exit.

Reboot in Safe Mode:-
Restart (or switch ON) the PC.
Then, keep tapping the F8 Key.
From the menu that will be displayed, out of which choose Safe Mode and press Enter.

Run HijackThis and click Do only a System scan.
Then put a check mark infront of below listed entries:-

Close all other open programs except Hijackthis and click the button Fix Checked in HijackThis.

Run CleanUp! and click "Options.." button. Here move the "Quick Setup" slider to "Thorough Cleanup" position. Uncheck the option "Delete Favorites Palces/Bookmarks", if you have any bookmarks. Click "OK" to return to main window, and click "CleanUp!" to start cleaning. After it completes, click "Close" and click "No" to avoid logging off.

• Double-Click LQfix.exe and click Next > Next > Install.
• Leave the default settings, if you change them, the fix will Fail!
• You need an active internetconnection, so make sure your you're not blocking any connection now.
• Now make sure the "Launch LQfix" box is checked.
• Click the Finish button, after clicking the Finish button the fix will start.
• Follow the on-screen prompts.
• Your system will reboot afterwards.
• Please be patient after the reboot, there is a script running in the background that needs to complete.

Then do a scan with HJT and post a new log by using Add Reply

And, do you know about this file:-
C:\Documents and Settings\Miles Scull\Desktop\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

"Internet Explorer" is generally present in "Program Files" folder. Have you copied/installed on "Desktop". If not, then scan that file (iexplore.exe) at http://virusscan.jotti.org/
If the file is found to be infected, then delete it.
