Four stubborn viruses causing comp to restart frequently

I followed the instructions and at the end of the scan, the scanner said "Four viruses could not be removed", which happen to be the viruses stated in the error report. I also used ewido, but it didn't work either, and I got the same exact error report a week later...any help on removing these stubborn viruses? They keep on making my computer rebooting by itself...I used to think it was some sort of driver error, but apparently not. Thanks in advance for help! :mrgreen:

Altough it costs money, I'd reccomend buying Norton Interent Security

1) it's bundled with Norton Anti-virus, which is one of the better scanners on the market. Ive used Norton for many years now, and its caught every virus ive had, and in almost every case, deleted automatically. In the 1 case where it didnt, it showed me the location of the virus, and then I just had to delete manually

Nope. I never get the BSOD, just random restarts.

several things then,,

first off, did it say where the files were located? If so, thats amazing. I'd try safe mode and attempt to delete them.

if it didnt say where theyre located, i better leave the issue to someone who knows more about hijackthis...

Nope, the scanners didn't state where the viruses were located. I wish they did though..these viruses are getting extremely frustrating.
