Have New Win32 Virus HELP

Hello All, I ran Mcafee and its says I have the New Win32 virus (sigh) and it cannot be fixed. PLEASE help me fix this damnn thing....thanks!

Download hijackThis. Extract it to its own folder. Then run it and select. Do system scan and save log. Post the contents of the log that pops up.

We will work from there to remove it.

My msconfig window is disappearing when I try to open it under normal operating conditions.
