ok, i had this red circle w/ a white x appear in my tool bar stating that my computer has been infected..then my desktop background went away and turned to a blue background. i cant even set pictures as a background any more, only colors..so i went to a past thread and found a solution posted by swatkat..well i did the ewido and cleanup! programs and restarted my computer..the virus icon in the toolbar has gone, but my background problem still exists and it takes a minute or two to log into my computer...so if any one can help me asap, ill be more than happy..my computer knowledge is still growing, but im workin on it lol..ne who, if u need need the ewido, cleanup! or winpf logs, i have them..so lemme kno what to re-post so i can get this fixed..thx
Download hijackThis. Extract it to its own folder. Then run it and select. Do system scan and save log. Post the contents of the log that pops up.
And post the ewido log.
