for the last two weeks i have trouble accessing the hi5 chatrooms. whenever i try to enter the chat room iam told there is an unknown error. Someone please help.

Not much we can do to help, if the error is unknown. We'd need a lot more info (your IRC client for a start).
On the bright side, its only a hi5 room (I assume we are both talking about the band bor under 4's?)
