I cant get rid of the downloader-ev trojan, can anyone help?

What AntiVirus are you running?

And spyware too? Personally I choose AVG antvirus and anti spyware and spybot search and destroy have you ran these or similar?

Ive ran spybot S&D, and Mcafee. Spybot deletes everything except Smitfraud-C. CoreService. Mcafee finds the downloadereev, but can delete it because it is write protected.

I've already tried running in safe mode and turning off system restore.
