New Hijackthislog Please!

whenever I try to open my McAfee taskmanager, I get a black intro screen of McAfee and then it disappears, but the task manager wont open and now my computer is very slow too! please help I'm at lost here! please:(

MyWebSearch Search Assistant - Go to Add/Remove programs and remove MyWebSearch Bar, MyWeb Search and Search Assistant.
Start hijackthis, select Scan Only, place checkmarks against all the entries listed below that still exist, and then press Fix Checked.

And then as for the Mcafee problem, all I can suggest is uninstalling/reinstalling.
